I will be out of the office from JUNE 9 through JUNE 12 – I will NOT be available via EMAIL or PHONE during this time as well.  I am going to Pennsylvania to see my sister Melissa graduate from her residency in Emergency Medicine.  She is going to be moving to South Florida in July!!  I will be back in the office on JUNE 13.

This afternoon (1pm)  I will be out of the office at a doctor’s appointment.  Please call the office on Monday for any problems.  If there is an emergency – please call 911 – that is what they are there for….

Even I believe in taking a vacation – don’t fall over, I know I am a workaholic. 
The Following Days I will not be in the office:

July 2, 2010 – Friday
August 20, 2010 – Friday
September 2, 3, – Thursday and Friday – That weekend (Sept 2, 2010 to be exact) is my 10th Anniversary with my husband Mark – I will not be available for emails or phone calls during that weekend to be with my hubby.

I am trying to add new recipes at least 5 times a week – check back often – i am going to be adding another section for alcoholic beverages as well!

I am sure you are all over-stuffed on Turkey – So I have posted a new 400 calorie recipe that is a pasta dish.
I hope you all enjoy it…and have had a very happy Thanksgiving. 
Of note, the next diet class starts in early December, if you are interested please contact me ASAP to reserve your space.

I will start slowly adding recipes to this site. Recipes will include 400 calorie meals, 150 calorie desserts, and 100 calorie snacks. I will also post ideas for quick snacks you can just grab-and-go- from the store.
If anyone has any ideas on favorite recipes that will fit the nutritious criteria – please feel free to contact me via the website and I am happy to post suggestions.
